This atlas uses supplied GLB files, additional Open3D models, and a combined whole-body view: skeleton, skull views, vertebrae, hand, and upper and lower limbs. Model names, hierarchy, colors, and embedded textures are preserved. The combined view aligns regional soft tissues with the whole skeleton. It includes limb and shoulder muscles, vessels, and nerves; it does not include skin or complete head and trunk soft tissues. Some branching networks are one object in the source file and cannot be selected branch by branch. The whole skeleton adds 108 left-side structures by mirroring the supplied right-side bone and cartilage groups. Reconstructed structures are labeled “mirrored”; these are symmetric copies, not separately modeled left-side anatomy. Original viewer and its overview cloning convention ↗

The attached Z-Anatomy Blender startup files were analyzed as desktop atlas references: named system collections, anatomy workspace controls, visibility/color controls, cavity shading, and orange/yellow selection cues informed this interface. The Blender scenes remain source references; the browser loads GLB geometry.
